Georgie here. Just turned on the computer this morning and guess what was here! Our blog was back!!!!! Of course Mom already paid for a hosted Wordpress blog yesterday and got that set up to go - we think we will still use it and move this one to be safe but not right away. This will give us time to get going on it.
We appreciate all of you who followed us to our temporary cat blog and continued to visit us. It has been a very upsetting time for Mom thinking she lost the whole blog with 2 years of work. We look forward to many more years and will be backing up our blog as we go along! Don't want this to happen again.

We are so delighted for you that you got your blog back in full afterall 2 years is an enormous amount of work and time to lose.
One of my friends who is clever is setting up a simple backup system for me and hopefully that will be in place in the next few days.

YAY!! We're so glad you got it back!! We know how frustrating it musta been thinking all those previous posts were lost. That's one of the reasons why our mom hasn't changed our blog after 3 years...she's afraid of losing stuff and she doesn't wanna start all over again!

We agree that is just too scary.
Until about 6 months ago we didn't eve know you could/should back up your blog. We've been doing it every month since we found out about it. How is your weather? We heard on the news last night that many schools in the mountains had 15 snow days already.

Oh...Back is Good!! Our mom is bad about backing up but she just got an external hard drive for a friend to help her set up...she would cry if she lost what is on her computer!
