haha, that's why my mom never takes plants home! We're pretty good about staying out of stuff we're not supposed to be in, but she's just SURE that plants would be the exception!
Mebbe you should plant some cat grass for her -- I recently got a Chia Cat Grass Planter for mine, and all three munch at the same time -- it's the funniest thing to watch.
Bromelaids are actually non-toxic to cats. This doesn't mean that your cat may not get a tummy ache if they eat it. It depends on the cat. It looks like this kitty loves it.
what a cutie pie! i ended up moving the majority of my plants outside as my cats loved to nibble on them and drink the water (from the water plants). they still eat the grass i bring in for the guinea pigs though. :)
