Garden Thursday

Georgie hosting today.

Georgie here today to host the garden tour.  It has been very hot but the beans have been working on our garden and getting it all spruced up for the season.

Peonies

We still have lots of spring flowers blooming in our garden plus all our veggies.  Pop has been planting our tomatoes, adding dirt to our potatoes and we have already eaten (well the beans, not us) some broccoli.

Late blooming azaleas.

Rose

Another peony

Mountain laurel

Pop's potatoes finally sprouting!

For more garden tours, please visit Jonsie and the Society of Feline Gardeners.

The beans will be working this holiday weekend but we are planning to catch up on our R&R.  What are your plans for the weekend? Wishing all our fellow Americans a safe, fun Memorial Day Weekend!  See ya next week.

  3. Love your garden flowers. My peony hasn't bloomed yet. Our weather has been terrible. No roses either. So I love seeing what others have.

  6. The garden sure looks great, Georgie! Thanks for showing us around. Our beans are going to volunteer at the animal shelter, and do some work around the house. As for us, we're going to get in some good old fashioned cat-napping. :)

Your gardne is full of brillant colors. Please ask Mom if she is having blogger issues today. It is giving us a fit. Some blogs I can read but not comment on then I get studk in limbo on the blog and have to restart. Many folks are having various problems.
Thank you for you kind comments today. Hot as heck in Raleigh 92 and humid.
