Rosa here today. Mom needed a break so we had to take the week off with her - no one here has figured out how to use the computer ourselves...yet!
The holiday rush and extra work hours finally got to Mom and then we got a COLD spell and our well house pump froze this past week leaving us with no water for a couple of days! Not much fun feeding us on paper plates!
So today is just an assortment of news and pics of us to keep you up to date.
Joey snoopervises the road crew activity on the street. Lots of noise and trucks going by adding an edge to the road to fill in the places where the pavement broke off.
Everyone else is doing fine. Mom has lots of home and yard projects lined up for Pop this month like adding more insulation over our cat house and getting the raised garden beds set up for spring. That's seems to be all the mnews from us. What is new with you?

Nothing wrong with an impromtu "vacation"!
It is the usual crazypantedness at our house...you guys are a LOT warmer than us; we've been freezing our fur suits off what with the wind and cold nights!
We always love seeing pictures of all of you. Thank you for ctaching us up on all that is going on there, too. Hope you got to enjoy your break, pals!
Sounds like things are going nicely at your house - at least after the water situation!
It just sounds like there was such a lot to do you at your place.
That is horrible about your pump. Ours broke once on Christmas Day so we know how horrible it is. Luckily the Dad had friends (who installed pumps for a living so they had all the equipment needed) who came fixed it for us.
Well, I have not seen the stray cat Petrocelli for a while and the dogs are getting lazy with the cooler weather.

Wow, things have been busy at your house. Glad to know tho that everyone is okay.
Well, it seems you've all been busy! It's not been that mild here, but by and large it's been a milder-than-normal winter so far, but still too cold to think about getting ready for gardening. :-)

We are so relieved to hear you got your water back on - and pleased to hear you haven't got the s--w word yet. We haven't here either so Mum is just so happy not to live in boots!

WE have a pump house too which houses are well and we've only had a handful of times we've had to worry about it freezing, but it if did we would be without water too. Not good, not good at all.

It's definitely good to take a break now and then. Sorry to hear about the pump. The cold causes all sorts of problems
